As if the health consequences of "super-sizing"the sugars in colas weren't enough, a court in India has accepted the government's argument that there are  pesticides connected with cancer  risks in the drinks.

The manufacturer's defense?  Get this!  " Oh your Honor!  We don't add the chemicals to the drinks - they are the consequence of the pesticides used growing the sugar"

Are we to assume that different sugar is used in the colas in this country?
