| Strike another blow for moderation! Cutting out ALL grains is not something I would ever recommend, it being hard for me on an emotional level to believe that what was created could be bad if eaten in its original form (more or less!), and on a professional level to accept the exclusion from the diet altogether of such rich sources of many necessary nutrients.
