As mentioned in my previous post, the shape of the threat is still so amorphous that mounting a defense against it is difficult.

Additionally, our trade organization , NNFA, has legal representation with a firm whose Geneva and Brussels offices were involved with the genesis of Codex.  Talking to them today, I was assured that neither the Codex developments, nor the CAFTA treaty, could possibly take precedence over DSHEA, the US law which protects our rights.
